To book your coding session please select the book now tab on the right hand side of this page.

Please only book after you have purchased and received your item (Booking instructions will also be delivered with your item).

Bookings will only be accepted once the item has been delivered.

All booking times displayed are in London time, so please convert this to your local time.

During our booking time we will then message you on Whatsapp to facilitate the session.

If you miss your booking slot, or cancel your session less than 2 hours before it begins we reserve the right to charge a £20 rebooking fee.

Please note if using an intel Macbook let us know before booking as we have to give you download links to download some files beforehand.

If you are located in the UK you can visit us in NW London for fitting.

In North America we have dealers in Los Angeles-California, Houston-Texas, Vancouver-Canada, 

In Europe we have dealers in Amsterdam-Netherlands, South Sweden, Copenhagen -Denmark & Switzerland.

In Asia we have dealers in Tel Aviv - Isreal, Dubai - UAE, Abu Dhabi - UAE, Gujarat- India, Bangkok- Thailand, Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia & Indonedia.

In Australisa we have dealers in Perth, Sydney & Melbourne.

After deciding what coding you would like count how many credits you need. 

You will then need our RemoteOBD with 5 Coding credits, you then can buy further credits from our store.

Alternatively if you have bought a retrofit kit or a one off coding service such as Intelligent headlight plus coding which comes with our remoteOBD, you can just go on to buy credits seperately from our store 

You do not need to decide before purchasing what coding options you want. You can just tell us during our coding session.

Yes we can code your vehicle no matter where you are in the world with our remoteOBD solution.

It is unlikely too but in the rare case it does please contact support and we can arrange the recoding.

Recoding is free for life on all retrofit kits & paid non-credit coding activations* (such as intelligent high beam plus).

For regular credit coding recoding is free for the first 2 years*, and after that a £50 charge to recode it all.

*One free recoding per year. For MBUX1 Facelifted/MBUX 2 vehicles there may be a wait time for recoding

If you are unsure about compatibility please contact support with your VIN number and we can check for you.

You can return an order within 14 days after the day of delivery (Retrofit kits cannot be returned). See below:

• It must be in an unopened state
• No coding credits or coding used
• You must inform us first of the Return, we will then send you instructions on how to do so

Please note: Retrofit kits cannot be returned as they are specially ordered parts and created specifically for your vehicle.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them.

Please note certain retrofit items can take upto 5 working days to dispatch as we have to order parts specific to your car and build the retrofit kit for your car. Please be paitent during this period.

If you have selected standard shipping please be paitent as it can take some time. Please avoid contacting support asking where your shipment is during the advertised shipping timeframe as we can only give you the same information as the tracking page shows.

If the shipping timeframe has passed and you still have not received your shipment please contact support & we will open an investigation.

For express shipments we use UPS.

For standard speed shipments we use Royal Mail (International customers will have it delivered by their national postal service)

For accurate timeframes please see at checkout. Typically UPS Express shipments to North America and the EU are upto 3 business days.

We ship worldwide.

For retrofit kits and our coding devices we only declare the price of the actual components and not our coding service fee, to help lower any customs charges you would pay.

Customs duty & tax is strictly the responsiblity of the buyer & our prices do not include any customs or duties
